- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪Kim Dellas especially is the best! When we had a dog and were looking for a rental she was the only realtor in town who would talk to us at the time. Therefore, when it was time to buy a house we went to her-- she found us the perfect one. Her and everyone at Dellas are "home-town" people who know the area, the market and everything about Cape May. Plus, Kim especially is a savvy business-woman who gets you a great deal on properties if you're in the market.
